OPPORTUNITY
Wibaux County Nursing Home is seeking
a qualified, dedicated individual to fill the
position of Dietary Manager. The Dietary
Manager plans, coordinates, and partici-
pates in food service and therapeutic
activity to meet the daily nutritional and
special dietary needs of the Nursing Home
residents. The Dietary Manager plans and
organizes the activities of the Dietary
department, and is responsible for ensur-
ing that all work is completed in a quality
and cost effective manner. A complete job
