NOTICE OF FILINGS ANDNO-
TICE OF HEARING August 30. 2011
On.July 11. 2011, Whiting Oil and
Gas Corporation (Whiting) filed an
application for a certificate of corridor
compatibility and an application for a
route permit to authorize the construc-
tion and operation of 6.8miles of 8-inch
crude oil pipeline located 6 miles
northeast of Belfield. in Billings and
Stark Counties, North Dakota. The
project is shown on the attached map.
Whiting also filed an application for
waivers of procedures and time sched-
ules including:
• Procedures that require separate
filings of applications for a certificate of
corridor compatibility and a route per-
mit,
• Procedures that require separate
notices of such applications,
• Procedures that require separate
hearings on such applications.
The Commission finds the applica-
tions are complete.
A Public Hearing on the applica-
tions is scheduled to beg~n at 10:00
a.m. (Mountain time) (11:00 a.m.
Central time) on October t0. 2011 at
the City Hall. 107. Second Avenue
Northeast. Belfield. North Dakota•
The issues to be considered in
Whiting's application for waiver of pro-
cedures and time schedules:
