Regular routine business was disp¢,sed of until noon. 12:00 Noon the board adjourn- ed and reconvened at 1:00 P. M. with all members present. A tax deed was issued to W. H. Hollar covering the SE¼- NWV,, Lts 4-5-6 and the SW- ANEA, NWASE¼, Lots 2 and 3 of section 6-143-105, this land was originally sold to A. C. Allen un- der contract for deed and which conttct A. C. Allen assigned to W. H. Hollar, who paid the bal- ance due on the contract. Lots 11, 12. 13, 14, 15 and 16 block 11 Original Townsite of C-olva were sold to Nit G. John- son at the appraised price of $12.00 and a tax deed was is- sued to him. Lots 4, 5 and 6 block 8 Hunt- er's 5th addition were sold to Mry Noyes at the appraised price of $7.00 and tax deed was lsued to Mrs. Mary Noyes, Lots 14, 15, 16. 17, 16 and 19 block 1 Hunter's 2nd addition to Beach were sold to R.
