Upon motion by Commlssloner
Odland and seconded by Com-
missioner Wosepka the following
resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS. The Board of Coun-
ty Commissioners of Golden Val-
ley County, North Dakota, in sea-
1942-1943 as set forth, consisting
of the County Budget and detailed
expend ltures.
NOW, Therefore Be It RESOL-
VED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of said County of
Colden Valley, North Dakota, .that
there be levied upon all taxable
property within said county as
taxes for all purposes for the
said fiscal year ending June 30th0
1943, the sum ,f $63,402.00 arriV-
ed at as follows:

HEARING OF COUNTY BUDGET
Notice ls hereby given that in compliance with Senate
Bill No. 208 of the Session Laws of 1923 and House Bill
N. 97, Session Laws of 1929. The Board of County Commission-
ers of Golden Valley County, North Dakota, have designated July
28th 1942, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. at the Court House in the City
oL each, North Ikota, as the time and place, at which time
and place any taxpayer may appear and be in favor or against
the proposed expenditures.
The following is an estimate of the proposed expenditures
for the fiscal year end.ing June 30th. 1943.

Regular routine business was

12:00 Noon the board adjourn-
ed and reconvened at 1:00 P. M.
with all members present.
A tax deed was issued to W.
H. Hollar covering the SE¼-
NWV,, Lts 4-5-6 and the SW-
ANEA, NWASE¼, Lots 2 and 3
of section 6-143-105, this land was
originally sold to A. C. Allen un-
der contract for deed and which
conttct A. C. Allen assigned to
W. H. Hollar, who paid the bal-
ance due on the contract.
Lots 11, 12. 13, 14, 15 and 16
block 11 Original Townsite of
C-olva were sold to Nit G. John-
son at the appraised price of
$12.00 and a tax deed was is-
sued to him.
Lots 4, 5 and 6 block 8 Hunt-
er's 5th addition were sold to
Mry Noyes at the appraised
price of $7.00 and tax deed was
lsued to Mrs. Mary Noyes,
Lots 14, 15, 16. 17, 16 and 19
block 1 Hunter's 2nd addition to
Beach were sold to R. W, John-
son for the appraised price of
$12.00 and a tax deed issued.
Earl Jones appeared before the
Board and purchased Lot 20
block 1 Hunter's 2nd addition
for the appraised price of $2.00
and a tax deed was issued. -
Mrs. June Noyes appeared be*

Lots 2. 3, 16 and 17, block 2

3 Hunter's 3rd addition to Beach
for the appraised price of $16.00
and a tax deed was issued to
