Mr. Russell appeared before the Board relative to making plans for planting the shrubbery around the court house grounds. Checking and appraising lands on which tax deeds have been acquired continued until 5:00 P, M. when the Board adjourned to meet May 19th. May 19, 1938, 9:00 A. M. The Board of County Commissioners met to adjournment with all pursuant members present. Appraisement of Real Estate con- tinued till noon when the Board adjourned Board reconvened at I:00 P. The City Attorney and members of the City Council met with the Board to assist in setting the sales price on city lots on which special as- sessments have been charged. The Board finished appraising Real Estate acquired by the County through tax deed proceedings on the 1928 and prior and subsequent tax sale certificates, fixed ~he min- i.mum sales price, and set June 6, 1938. on which date objections to the sale price will be heard from any taxing district, interested, all pursuant to chaptes 288.
