OF INTERSTATE 94 AND
INTERSTATE 29
The North Dakota Department of
Transportation (NDDOT) seeks sealed
bids for cutting, baling, and removing
hay on designated sections of highway
right of way along 1-94 and 1-29. Bids
will be for the 2015 haying season.
NDDOT will accept sealed bids in
five district offices. Faxed bids will not
be accepted. Interested bidders can
contact the respective NDDOT district
office listed below to obtain a bid docu-
ment, copy of the Risk Management
Appendix, and sample certificate of lia-
bility insurance. The REQUEST FOR
BID document must be completed,
signed in ink, sealed in an envelope
marked, "Bids for Standing Hay", and
submitted to the respective NDDOT dis-
trict office prior to the deadline. The
awarded bidder will be required to sign
a contract with NDDOT agreeing to the
terms for hay harvesting.

order at 1:00 p.m. MT, Thursday, April
30, 2015. Present were Lynn Arthaud,
Brenda Burian, Joey Kessel, Stacey
Kessel, and Julie Reis. Also present for
all or part of the meeting were Principal
Soehren, Erika Honeyman, Mat Larson,
Lynn Peterson, Markie Toso, and Liz
Odermann.
An interview was conducted with
Shae Peplinski for the Principal posi-
tion. Following this interview, another
interview was conducted with Brandi
Jangula for the Assistant Principal posi-
tion.
After discussion, M/S Arthaud/Joey
Kessel to hire Shae Peplinski as Princi-
pal for the BCSD with a 215 day con-
tract effective July 1, 2015, through
June 30, 2016, contingent upon her ob-
taining her Principal credential licensure
by July '1, 2015. This would be an un-
derfill for Superintendent/Principal com-
bined position as this candidate was not
eligible at this time to obtain Superin-
tendent credentials. All in favor.
