A son, named Donald Ray, was born to Mrs, Margaret Nistler at the[ home of her sister, Mrs. Louis Hop-I eland, here on May 8th. Andrew Kohler, has his car again after having had it in the garage several weeks for repair. Mr. and Mrs. Nick Gamroth were Beach visitors on Monday. Maxine Betson is helping with the house work at M. B. Hogoboom's. Prom Friday A Delightful Affair --II-- (From Sentinel Butte News) The Sentinel Butte opera house was a beautiful scene Friday night, the occasion being" the annual Junior- ,Senior Prom. The wails with the ex- ception ot fine window space were completely covered with creeping cedar. The ceiling was decorated with strips of lavendar paper. The lighting effect was obtained by floor lamps in eacl~ corner and colored lights ~ interwoven in the creeping cedar. Overstuffed davenports and challis were placed along the walls. At minight a dainty lunch of sherbet and we.f era was served. Burns' or- chestra furnished the music. Juniors and Seniors, their partners, and one extra couple, faculty mem- bers, their partners, and extra couples and parents of the Juniors and Sen- iors were the guests present.
