Program for the Sentinel Rural Fire
District project wilt be held at 1:00 PM,
Thursday, May 14, 2009 at the
Sentinel Butte City Hall in Sentinel
Butte, ND, to hear comments concern-
ing the use of federal funds awarded to
the city of Sentinel Butte. These funds
were used to assist with the Sentinel
Rural Fire Protection District Fire

Notice of School Board Election
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, an
election will be held for the purpose of electing one
member to represent director district #1 and one member
to represent director district #2 on the Billings County
School Board for a term of three years. Candidates must
be residents of director district #1 or #2, but will be voted
upon at large in the entire school district.
Director district #1 is comprised of all of townships 137-
102,138-102, 139=102, and 140-102. Director district #2 is
comprised of all of townships 137-100 and 101,138-100
and 101,139-100 and 101, and 140-100 and 101. The
question of publishing the minutes will also be on the ballot.
Polls will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. MDT. Polling
places will be the former Glade School and DeMores
School. You must vote in your assigned precinct. A map
showing the precincts for each polling place is shown in
this newspaper.
If you will not be able to go to the polls on election day, appli-
cations for absentee ballots will be available at the District
Office in Medora or by calling 623-4363 or 623-4351.
