Pierre, South Dakota. The salary is $24.38 per hour. Duties include researching and establish-
ing data collection methods and processes; providing recommendations and implementing
improvements in data collection techniques and processes, using statistical analysis to ensure
program effectiveness and recommending changes to improve outcomes and performance
measures; and providing presentations and trainings to UJS Staff to promote goals and objec-
tives. Requires Bachelor's degree in statistics, social science research, mathematics, com-
puter, business or public policy, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in statistical
analysis, performance management/measurement, data analysis, and/or policy analysis; or
an equivalent combination of related education and expenence. Benefits include paid health
insurance, life insurance, generous leave, paid holidays and retirement. Successful completion
