welcomed the first member of
their family, Becky Lea into this
world. She was later joined by a
sister, Jeanie Marie. and a brother.
Brian Keith.
Becky left this world for her
heavenly home on April 12, upon
returning to the house after a full
day of ranch work at her parents'
home. Her presence here on earth
was ended in an instant with her
two precious little girls at her
side.
Becky was born in 1972, in
Ekalaka. on May 25. a date that
would later be shared by her spe-
cial niece, Mariah Moran. She at-
tended elementary school there
and graduated from Carter County
High School in 1990. During
these years, she was actively de-
voted to 4-H and FFA activities.

passion and joy always came from
her family and the ranch.
On Feb. 23. 2002, she sang her
way into the heart of David Allen
Coisman. Mr. and Mrs. Coisman
operated the Yellowstone Trail
Cafd and Tavern in Ipswich. S.D..

moved to their current residence
in Rapid City. S.D. On July 14.
2006. the biggest goal of Becky's
life was achieved as she gave birth
to her precious princesses.
Shaylee Marie and Savannah
Rose.
Though they arrived eight
weeks early, Becky nurtured them
through prematurity, heart compli-
cations and surgery and lately the
tremendous twos.
She tended to every detail in
their delicate little lives and per-
severed to show them her
strengths, wisdom and love of
family as well as the Lord.

Producers can use Livestock
Indemnity Program
Last season's snowstorms and se-
vere spring flooding have been hard
on livestock producers, especially at
the end of calving season.
"Thankfully, the 2008 Farm Bill
includes a Livestock Indemnity Pro-
gram that promises to compensate
producers who. due to severe ice
storms and flooding, have suffered
more than anticipated average live-
stock losses," said Robert Carlson.
president of North Dakota Farmers
Union.
The Livestock Indemnity Pro-
gram is administrated by the Farm
Service Agency. A notice of loss
must be filed within 30 days of the
loss with FSA. Proof of death must
be provided in the form of private
insurance documents, veterinary
records, rendering truck receipts, or
National Guard receipts of carcass
removal. Documentation must in-
clude information on the kind. type,
and weight of livestock.
The program covers beef and
dairy cattle, bison, sheep, hogs, and
other livestock.
No state or federal designation is
required to trigger the program. Pro-
ducers who have questions about the
program are encouraged to contact
their local FSA office or go to
www.fsa.usda.gov/nd and enter LIP
in the search box to obtain more in-
formation.
