Monday the county commissioners
held a road hearing at the courthousb
in regard to obtaining right of way
for the coming rbad oiling project on:
Highway No. 10 from the state line
to Sentinel Butte, and after some
discussion, practically all property
holders who were protesting, signe~
up, m~tking it necessary to condemr
very little l~nd:in order to obtain th~
right of way. This project will be let
as soon as possible, probably about
the first week in'May, and work
started on it as soon as paUib~
