They might have been finished sooner if more relief teams were available. Some work has already been done on these courts, and it isl lanned to finish them at the very earliest opprtunity. Beach has long been in need of I some tennis c.ourts, as there is a ,large number of fans in the city, and this move on the part of the ilocal rel:ef office will be welcomed by everyone.
