issued to Oscar Oison.

Commissioner Odland presented
the following resolution and moved"
its adoption:
WHEREAS. It appears to the
Board of county commissioners that
,there are unpaid Land Contracts
that have become delinquent by the
purchaser, and
WHERIAS. the Board of Coun--
ty Commissioners have this 5th,
day of February 1942 cancellet

RESOLUTION
Commissioner Odland presented
the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, All live stock, sucl
as cattle, h.Prses and mules truck-
ed, driven or shipped by railroad
must have brand inspection, also
buyer of cattle, horses and mules
must have a bill of sale from
the owner of said live stock at
the time of brand, inspection.
NOW. THEREPORE BE IT RE-
SOLVED t,hat this resolution be in
effect this 5th day of February,
