Then the Buccaneers went on their own 7-0 run taking a 42-35 advantage to end the third quarter. The fourth quarter became a defensive stand-off with Beach scoring only 11 points, but holding Trinity to single digits of eight. They kept the Titans scoreless in the final 4½ minutes to seal the win. The Running Bucs will be travel- ing to Bismarck Century High School this Saturday to take on the highly rated Carrington Cardinals. The games are scheduled for 12:00 and 1:30 Mountain Time. Beach, 69, Heart River, 33 It was Senior Night, which had a very emotional beginning with eight of our seniors meeting their parents at center coui't for recognition. Then the team and coaches became watery-eyed when Brittney Dietz was presented with a nomina- tion of a McDonalds High School All America award presented by staff manager, Dale Smith from McDonalds of Dickinson. Smith talked about how impressed he was when visiting with Brittney and her humility towards herself and her team's success. She would rather talk about her teammates than herself. He knew that She was special when stating how fortunate it has been playing with her teammates. The seniors led the attack against Heart River handing the Cougars their first District 13 loss of the year. The senior Bucs scored 54 of their 69 points and held off any Cougar charge allowing only 33 team points.
