Some receive relief and as~t- ance which in ~L multiple of cases Is not SUbstantial, many being compelled to live on allowances of~ leas than 10c per day per person for prolonged per-I lods without any other income what-1 ever, and con~-~quently their families1 are undernourished, underweight and In poor health. Soap, adequate wear- ing apparel, etc. become prohibitedI lUxttrles. Life and health are Jmt asI priceless to them as to any other hu-] man beings and once lost cannot beI regained.
