Beach High Wins

Bismarck--Employees of the state tax
department are busy this week check-1
ing sales returns for the last quarter]
of 1937 which were due and payable
not later than January 20.
After that date a penalty of 5 per-
~nt non-payment applies during the
mainder of January, plus an addi-
tional fine of 1 percent for every month
thereafter until paid. I
