(January 20)
Thursday morning began with
Word and Communion in the
chapel. Lorna led exercises in the
morning and some of us went down-
town for appointments and shop-
ping. The tables in the activity room
were full of pinochle and
Rummikub players in the after-
noon! What a fun way to spend a
cold winter afternoon! Shane and
Bonnie Farstveet visited Loretta
Tescher.
Friday morning hair ladies were
J, udy Ridenhower. Marlene Muruato
and Gloria Hendry. Pastor Lam
from Wibaux was here for our
Friday evening devotions, and
Ruthann Zieldsdorf played piano.
There was Saturday morning
exercises - we have a nice group of
about 10-14 that come out every
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
morning to exercise together.
Word and Communion started
our Sunday morning out. Violet
Schmeling had several members of
her family for guests.
Becky Weinreis led our Monday
morning Bible Study.
Nancy led exercises on Tuesday
morning and shared a reading written
by a 90-year-old lady in Ohio on 45
things she has learned about life. In
the afternoon we enjoyed playing
bingo and had some "special prizes"
courtesy of Charlotte's Fun Fund!
Shannon Fritz visited Loretta
Tescher. Pastor Jim Isaac and Lola of
the Beach Evangelical Church were
here for our evening devotions.
Shane and Bonnie Farstveet from
Glendive visited Loretta ]bscher.
Allen, Harlen and Dale stopped to
see Rose Gasho. We did crafts with •
Marlene in the afternoon. Teresa
Wicka's daughter brought her back
flom a several weeks' visit in
Billings.
Even though the weather has
been rather "frightful," we think liv-
ing at the Manor is still "delightful."
We are enjoying the good food,
warmth, activities and fellow-
ship and look forward to having you
all stop by and see us whenever you
can!
Reports from additional residents
from the Sentinel Butte area l'or this
column are welcome. Call on Friday

Devils Lake on Friday evening alter
