A regular meeting~ of the Beach
City Council was called to order by
Mayor Losinski at 7:00 pm December
20, 2010, Present when the meeting
was called to order was Council Tim
Merman, Mark Benes, Paul
Lautenschlager, PWS Dell Beach, City
Auditor Kimberly Nunberg and guest
Lynne Wojahn.
Final vouchers for the year were
reviewed for payment. Benes moved
to approve the following vouchers,
second by Merman. Motion carried
unanimously.

removal and repairs needed to the
North water tower. Nunberg request-
ed the following line items be added to
the 2010 budget:

Marman moved to approve the
request, second by Benes, Motion
carried unanimously. Benes moved to
close the Wastewater Fund and trans-
fer the balance from this fund to the
Sewer & Water Reserve Fund, second
by Merman. Motion carried unani-
mously. Benes moved t¢S transfer the
balance of the General Fund Fire Dept
to the Fire Reserve Fund, second by
Lautenschlager. Motion carried unani-
mously.
Marman mentioned he and PWS
Beach went to Solar Bee, Inc. in
Dickinson for a demonstration on how
the product would work in our water
tower. Correspondence from ND
Game & Fish was read. Marman
moved to accept a fishing pier for the
kids pond with the understanding the
city is responsible for all future mainte-
nance of the pier, second by Benes.
Motion carried unanimously.
No other business was brought for-
ward. Merman moved to adjourn, sec-
ond by Benes. Motion carried unani-
mously. Meeting adjourned at 7:20
pm.
