The purpose for the" re-plat is due to a ponion of the building ,onthis property being sold. The ' new property line between Lots 14R . and 15R is to be down the common wall between existing buildings. Recom- mendation by the Zoning Board is to ap— proveithe re-plat with the condition that I When the other portion of the bdilding is sold the water line needs to be split and a second, meter installed.
